Real Estate Statistics for the Toronto Area
Well it is that time again. The Toronto Real Estate Board has published it's Market Watch newsletter with the sales figures for the York Region and Toronto Areas. I will continue to provide a more in depth analysis of the statistics for the Richmond Hill and Aurora areas, however time restrains limit the amount of in depth analysis I can provide for areas like Newmarket, Markham, Vaughan and the rest of the districts covered by the Toronto Real Estate Board's MLS® System. For this reason you can now download the "Market Watch" publication from my website.
This is in response to the number of people visiting my blogs looking for information on the other areas that I work in. The information in these publications can provide a good understanding of the underlying strength of the local real estate markets. However they do not address the nuances that are required to understand what is happening in particular neighbourhoods or for specific types and styles of homes.
