Any information collected by Andrew Hodge, either in person, on this web site or any other resource, will not be sold, traded or given out to anybody without your expressed permission unless required to under agency laws. The information is collected for the purpose of helping you find, purchase and/ or sell real estate and to keep you informed and educated about the Real Estate Markets and providing you with information to help you achieve your real estate goals.
You May request a copy of your file at any time with proof of your identity.
You have the right to make any corrections to the information that are in your file and should any information be deemed not required for providing you with the best service possible it will be erased from your file. I will never request your S.I.N. number. Should a credit check be required, I can refer you to a mortgage broker for your credit report or you will be responsible for getting your credit report from the appropriate authorities.
Typical types of information that would be kept are:
1. All contact information
2. current address
3. description of your current home and desired future home
4. Motivational reasons for moving (need more/less space, safer neighbourhood, etc...)
5. Price range for current and next home ( including maximum pre-approved mortgage size and how much you are comfortable spending)
6. best times to contact you and any factors that might effect the process of providing you with great service ( you may have time constraints, pet concerns transportation concerns etc that I will need to know in order to adjust my service to your needs).
