I have found that there are many people looking for more information on Newmarket, Markham and Vaughan as well as Toronto but I usually am pressed for time so I can not provide a full analysis of those areas on a regular basis. For this reason you can now download the copies of "Market Watch" from this page which may help you to get a better idea of what is going on in the Toronto area real estate markets.
This publication is in no means ment to be a substitute for the benefits of using a REALTOR®, like myself, as the statistics are agregate numbers and represent what buyers are willing to pay for homes in general as opposed to what they are willing to pay for a particular house. There are also many different neighbourhoods within each district which vary in price based on features and desirability.
